Before we answer that, we want to be clear on what's NOT in MILAJ

We have worked diligently to create a Clean line that uses natural ingredients which includes prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics, and potent actives.
Does MILAJ use artificial or synthetic fragrances?
No. We only utilize essential oils.
Do your products have expiration dates?
Our products have a shelf life of 1 year. Because we are a clean brand that focuses on high quality ingredients, we recommend use within this time frame.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are currently working toward more sustainable options for packaging and are testing some promising options. Stay tuned as this is an important initiative for our company.
Is Milaj safe for all ages?
We specifically design our line to offer options for people of all ages. Our Core line was created for adult skin while IN-BETWEEN was developed for younger skin.
Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely not.
Are your products gluten-free?
Because our products are not produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities, we do not make this claim. Our ingredients have been deemed to be gluten-free but we recommend consulting your physician.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't working for you, we have a painless return policy if returned within 14 days of purchase. For all online returns, please email info@milajskin.com with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
When can I expect my refund?
When returning an item back to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.
Discounts & Promotions
Do you offer discounts or other promotions?
We may offer discounts and other promotions from time to time, so be sure to sign up for emails to receive notifications!
Can I enter multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, our system only allows one discount per order, as stated in our terms and conditions. If you have another discount code that you would like to use, please free to use it towards a future purchase. Our promotions are limited time only and cannot be applied to past orders.
Why do I have to pay for shipping if I use discount code on >$50 order?
If your order falls below $50 after you have entered the discount code, free shipping no longer applies. Your order must be over $50 after discounts have been entered and applied. We are unable to apply another discount code to enable free shipping, as stated in our terms and conditions.
Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
All orders placed over $50.00, ship for free. Orders under $50.00 will incur a shipping cost noted at checkout.
Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Canada or internationally
What shipping company do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders will be process within 24 hours of placement Monday - Friday 1pm EST. If you place an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on that following Monday. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, USPS is able to deliver to PO Boxes.
Where is my order?
Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your USPS tracking number. If you have not received the email please check SPAM or email info@milajskin.com and we can help troubleshoot.
What if I was sent the wrong item or something is missing from my order?
Please contact info@milajskin.com with your order number and our customer service team will remedy this for you and make sure you receive the correct items.
What if an item arrived broken or damaged?
Please email info@milajskin.com and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.
What if an item I ordered is on back order?
If we cannot fulfill your order completely, we will email you to let you know that certain item(s) are on backorder and the expectation for delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.
